About Us
Curiosum Tech Private Limited is an events and skills development organization dedicated towards providing competitive platforms and knowledge resources for individuals interested in science, technology and engineering applications. We strive to introduce concepts and projects that are committed towards an all-rounded education and that promote long-term sustainability, through connecting industry experts with the community.
Our Events
We curate engineering design events which prepare youth for the industry. Engineering students get the opportunity to compete with their life-size project on a competitive platform and have their projects judged by an industry panel. Students who work on these projects gain hands-on practical experience and at the same time build on soft skills such as sponsorship development and team management. Our event platforms currently serve a network of 15,000 engineering students and graduates.
Formula Bharat
A 6-day competition in which students are required to compete with a combustion or electric vehicle prototype in areas of engineering design, cost effectiveness and dynamic performance on track.
History: Consecutive events since Jan 2017/18/19/20/22/23/24/25/26, 80+ teams, 2500+ students, 160+ volunteers / Due to COVID-19, 2021 was virtual.
Dynamix 2027
Unlike traditional Formula Student events, Dynamix strips away the static events and focuses solely on dynamic, on-track testing. Developed in the spirit of Formula Bharat, Dynamix offers a high-intensity platform where teams can benchmark their vehicles, fine-tune designs, and compete in a format dedicated to speed, agility, and endurance. Whether you’re a returning team or a first-time challenger, Dynamix is your stage to make every second on track count.
History: Consecutive events since Jan 2025
FB Academy & Roadshows
A platform with presentations, seminars and practical workshops that caters to general training for participants in the Formula Bharat competition.
History: Consecutive events since Sept 2017/July 18/Sept 19/All Year 2022-2023 in Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, 300+ students. Since 2020, virtual events are also conducted.
FS Concept Challenge
The FS Concept Challenge is a virtual competition that gives student teams the opportunity to conceptualize and design a Formula Student-style vehicle in alignment with the Formula Bharat Rules booklet.
History: Formerly FSEV & Pi-EV, Consecutive events since Jan 2018/Oct 18/July 19/July 20/July23/July24, 15 teams, 150 students, hosted by Ather Energy, Bengaluru. Between 2021-2022, Pi-EV was held virtually.
Our Initiatives
In addition to its event platforms, Curiosum Tech provides services to foster learning and knowledge growth within the engineering community. Our initiatives help bridge a peer-to-peer network within the student body, while also providing a talent-rich pool of engineers for recruitment partners.
Membership by Formula Bharat
The Membership by Formula Bharat is a platform that allows for the Formula Student community to connect, grow and build. Membership offers significant discounts in student competition fees, available volunteer opportunities, opportunities to network within the community and access to key resources that will open doors when you start your professional career.
History: Launched in 2022.
Humans of Formula Student
Powered by Formula Bharat, this social media initiative, Humans of Formula Student sheds light on some of the stories of alumni, volunteers and students associated with Formula Student, with the purpose of bridging the gap within the Formula Student community, and thereafter providing a source of inspiration and assurance in trying times.
History: Launched in 2021.
